2. Services
Ultraplex LLC provides VPS and dedicated server rentals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
Host, distribute, or transmit illegal content
Conduct network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, spam, etc.)
Violate the rights of any third party
Mine cryptocurrency without prior written approval
Resell our services without prior written approval
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Billing & Payment
All services are billed in advance via Stripe or PayPal through our client portal.
Invoices are due on their due date. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ultraplex LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law
